Directly in the city centre and yet in nature – at agora: am Aasee you can relax after a busy day at work or an extensive stroll through the city.
Our house is within walking distance of the city centre and numerous university facilities. All 25 rooms were completely renovated in 2021. The offer ranges from small single rooms for short-term stays to large double rooms with max. 70 m² for longer visits. In particular, the large maisonette rooms with floor-to-ceiling dormer windows offer a magnificent view on the adjacent “Aasee” lake.
Please note that the Covit 2-G-rule applies to all overnight guests in our house. As the check must be carried out by us personally, we would like to point out our regular reception times. These are mondays till saturdays from 6.30 am to 8 pm and sundays and on public holidays from 6.30 am to 4 pm. Should you wish to arrive outside these hours, please contact us in advance.
